YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Incorporating both passive and active yoga elements, it draws harmony to the body and mind and the nervous system. Ideal for all fitness levels. This is perfect recovery and preventative medicine for the body, especially athletes.
