Strength & Stability is a functional training class tailored to the real, everyday demands of motherhood. This 60-minute session is designed for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond—focusing on core connection, joint stability, and progressive strength work that translates beyond the gym.
You’ll move with intention through foundational lifts, mobility drills, and breath-led movement that prioritizes form, safety, and strength from within.
Whether you’re carrying a car seat, chasing a toddler, or simply reclaiming your strength, this class builds the stability and confidence to move well, feel strong, and show up fully—in motherhood and in life.
CORE RESTORE
THURSDAY, 10AM
Core Restore is a small-group class designed to help you safely reconnect with your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy or postpartum.
Through breath work, guided movement, and targeted strength training, you’ll learn how to activate your deep core muscles, improve pelvic stability, and restore functional strength from the inside out.
With a blend of education and movement, this session empowers you to move confidently, improve posture, and rebuild your foundation—one breath, one rep, one connection at a time. Whether you are newly postpartum or further along in your recovery, this class meets you where you are and supports sustainable, long-term strength.
